Have you found yourself coming to a “Turning Point” in your life?  You may be asking, “What is a “Turning Point”?  A turning point can be finding out that you are expecting a baby, moving into a new home, experiencing a victory, a new project, job change, financial gain or reversal, bankruptcy, divorce, widowed, sentenced to jail, terminal illness, winning a race, finding out your spouse/significant other is having an affair or receiving an unexpected inheritance.  No matter what the “turning point” is in your life, it can bring a sense of unsettledness into many arenas of your life.  Your “normal” routine is no longer “normal”.  Change in our lives whether good or bad can bring the big “S” word…STRESS.  Most of us have heard that “Stress can kill you”.  How many of you have heard that the one constant in our lives in change?  Change is inevitable.

How can you and I avoid stressing out over life changes?  First and foremost we need to accept and receive Jesus Christ, God’s only Son into our lives as our personal Lord and Savior.  Do you know that God loves you and that He has a wonderful plan for your life?  Do you know if you were to die today if you would go to heaven?  Here is the simple truth.  God does love you and He does have a wonderful plan for your life and His ultimate plan is for you to live with Him forever in heaven after you die.  Say this prayer out loud with your lips:

Heavenly Father,

I believe that Jesus is the only Son of God.  Your Word says, “Whoever calls on the Name of Jesus will be saved”, and “If you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and will believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Acts 2:21; Romans 10:9)  You said my salvation would be the result of your Holy Spirit giving me new birth by coming to live in me. (John 3:5-6, 15-16; Romans 8:9-11) and that if I would ask, You would fill me with Your Spirit and give me the ability to speak with other tongues (Luke 11:13; Acts 2:4). Father, I take you at Your Word.  I confess that Jesus is Lord and I believe in my heart that You raised Jesus from the dead.  I am saved!  Thank You for coming into my heart.  Thank You for giving me Your Holy Spirit as You have promised and for being Lord over my life.  Amen.

If you prayed this prayer, pleases contact us and let us know of your decision.  Go to info@trans4mationchurch.com and let us know you prayed the prayer of Salvation.

Now that we’ve laid a foundation of Jesus, what is our next step?  We will discuss the next step in the next blog.  Have a Jesus filled day! : )

In Christ’s Love,

Becky Cain
