Galatians 6:9 New Living Translation (NLT)

So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.

Recently as I was pondering Galatians 6:9, God challenged me to change my focus from “not getting tired of doing what is good and if we don’t give up” to “at the right time WE WILL REAP a harvest of blessing!

Why is it so often our minds tend to be drawn to the negative instead of the positive? It seems to be human nature for most of us to dwell on the negative. I’ve been told by others that I am a “glass half full” person verses a “glass half empty” person, and most of the time that is a correct assessment. But even the “glass half full” person can get weary in doing what is good…especially when we’ve been doing what is good for a very long season without seeing any results.

My challenge to you today is if you have been doing what is good and haven’t seen the fruit of your labors, know your “Harvest of Blessings” are right around the corner and YOU WILL REAP!!! I say this by the Holy Spirit. He/she who has ears to hear, let them hear what the Spirit says!  Too often we give up right before our miracle manifests. Remember, God is not a man that He should lie.

Numbers 23:19 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)

19 God is not a man, that He should tell or act a lie, neither the son of man, that He should feel repentance or compunction [for what He has promised]. Has He said and shall He not do it? Or has He spoken and shall He not make it good?

You can trust God to keep His Word!!! So as you read this blog today, make that little tweak and put your focus on “YOU WILL REAP”!

It’s Harvest Time,
